I believe that everyone, no matter what age, background or circumstance, should have the opportunity to be creative and in turn, enhance their well-being and social connectedness. My work uses dance, drama, music and poetry as tools to give people a voice and be able to express themselves. I work in many arts in health settings and in the community, delivering creative projects and regular sessions for well-being. My PhD focused on arts in care homes in Wales and the benefits and challenges of this work. I have developed a training course called 'Creative Confidence in Care' for care home staff and deliver many arts sessions in care homes in South Wales. I am passionate about the benefits of intergenerational work and would love to collaborate on more projects across Wales.
