The Role: Freelance Prop Maker – Finishing Speciality
Location: Cardiff (Workshop based)
Freelance Rate: £15 – £17.50 p/h – dependant on experience
Working hours available: 37.5 hours per week 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate items as required as a Prop Maker including, but not limited to;
- Finishing projects to the highest standard including sanding & filling, scenic paintwork, high-finish spray coatings
- Applying coatings to structural framework ensuring specified coverage is met
- Keep records of ‘as built’ information
- Assist with test builds where applicable
- Work on site where required
- Adhere to allotted schedule and time allowance
- Adhere to Wild Creations Health & Safety Policy & Procedure
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage a positive working environment
- Maintain a professional manner when addressing Wild Creations Staff, Contractors & Clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in Prop Making with a specialty in Finishing

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
