We are looking for an experienced Editor.
You will be working across a broad range of productions from corporate promos to high-end branded content.
Reporting to the Head of Creative, this is a full-time opportunity for someone with a passion for storytelling, design, and filmmaking.
Please provide at least 3 examples of work you have edited, shot, or both.
Responsibilities:
- Editing an eclectic and diverse array of content ranging from social shorts to case studies, TV adverts to short films.
- Working to a brief, assembling, and editing all video and video-related assets.
- Processing, and grading a mix of footage.
- Data wrangling and media management of content.
- Adding subtitles, making sure the text is on brand, legible, and easy to follow.
- Suggesting and selecting music.
- An understanding of the various aspects of post-production workflow: from edit to grade, post, and sound design.
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 12 months experience working in an agency/ production company or similar role.
- Flair for bringing an edit to life using original or archive footage.
- The ability to juggle multiple edits at once, giving clear feedback on what's possible for the allocated time.
- The ability to listen to others, take feedback onboard, and execute this quickly and concisely.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a critical mind.
- Outstanding admin and organisational skills.
- Understanding of what types of videos work for specific social channels.
- An interest in social media, edit, and graphic trends.
Desirable
- Welsh speaker
- Ability to shoot to an industry-leading standard in a high volume and fast paced production process.
- Experience of filming single camera shoots on location.
- Project Management experience, from pre to post, often on tight turnarounds and tight deadlines.

This is a full-time position. Flexi time offered with core hours between 9.30 and 4.30pm each day.
