So you’re curious about the world of branding but don’t know where to start. From brand designers all the way to art directors, what kind of work do people in branding do? What roles are available for entry-level talent and what skills might you need to work in this area?
Find out on Thursday 18 July, as we seek answers from a stellar lineup of industry experts working in this field. So if you’re an emerging creative in the first year of your career and curious about working in branding, be sure to sign up!
The event will take place over Zoom on Thursday 18 July, from 17:00 to 20:00 GMT, and is split into two parts:
🎤 Part 1 – Panel discussion (17:00 to 18:00)
A panel discussion with a range of industry experts, covering questions on everything from the skills needed to work in branding, to their tips on breaking into the industry.
🤝 Part 2 – Breakout rooms between industry experts and select attendees (18:30 to 20:00)
Select attendees will be put into breakout rooms with our pros where they can interact and ask questions directly to them. You will also be grouped with other emerging creatives and have the chance to network.
Please note:
While all eligible applicants are welcome to attend the panel discussion, there are only a limited number of places available for the breakout sessions.
How to apply
This event is open to emerging creatives with an interest in working in the creative industry. This includes students, grads, or those within the first year of a creative career. You’re only eligible to register if you are:
• Aged 18 and over
• No more than one year’s professional experience in the creative industry
While no previous experience or portfolio is necessary, we do ask that you submit a question for our industry experts when you apply, along with a short line about why you’d like to attend.
While all eligible applicants are welcome to attend the panel discussion, there are only a limited number of places available for the breakout sessions. You will be able to register your interest in the breakout sessions in the application form. Successful breakout session attendees will be asked to pay a fully refundable £5 deposit to confirm their place.
