At Culture Connect Wales I am responsible for the design and implementation of a range of creative initiatives to bring more diversity and representation to the TV and Film sector in Wales. My role also entails talent development and support, which is what I am most passionate about. I provide regular 1-2-1 support to Creatives from ethnic diverse groups looking to break into the TV & Film industry.
Another part of my role is to demystify the commissioning process by planning and delivering community event sessions where filmmakers get to meet and talk with TV Commissioners about their projects.
As a Creative, I am a multifaceted Artist, Scriptwriter and Music Producer. My projects include the intersection of music, urban culture with Film and TV with the goal of highlighting fresh talent in these areas which is how I like to tell my stories.
