About
I am a sculptor and maker, with an interest in anything hands on or generally messy. I have always had a keen interest in making things as well as performing and musicianship. My degree in 'Design For Performance' at the Royal Welsh College of Music And Drama Allowed me to develop a variety of skills, in areas such as; Model Making, Sculpture, Set Design, Scenic art and Construction and Puppetry.
Since leaving I have developed my skills in sculpture working within the film, tv and theatre industry in and around Cardiff. In my own practice I work in many different materials such as; clay, willow, polystyrene, woodcarving, stone carving and found object. With a keen interest in building big things.
I am Interested in working alongside people and local communities, bringing art to people who are unable to access it. I have led workshops for children and adults of all ages as well as people with disabilities and additional needs in areas such as carnival craft, sculpture and puppetry.
