Travel will be a part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop promotional videos, event highlight reels, and graphics for digital and print use.
  • Content Creation and Marketing Support:
    • Assist in writing, editing, and reviewing scheduled social media posts across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Support the creation and distribution of event marketing mailings.
    • Contribute to marketing collateral development, including brochures, email templates, and website visuals.
  • Website and Digital Maintenance:
    • Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and event-specific microsites.
    • Create and manage content for single-page WordPress websites, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Social Media and Analytics:
    • Monitor and engage with social media channels to increase reach and engagement.
    • Track campaign performance and contribute to reports on digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Event Support:
    • Work with project teams to design and deliver marketing materials for Forum Europe’s events and client events.
    • Provide creative input to enhance the branding and visual presentation of events.

Requirements

  • Essential Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
    • Strong graphic design and video editing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
    • A proactive learner, able to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Enthusiastic team player who can also work independently.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems.
    • Previous experience in a content creation or marketing role.
    • An understanding of email marketing platforms and social media management tools.

What We Offer

  • Hands-on experience across a range of content creation and marketing activities.
  • Exposure to other areas of marketing, including email campaigns, social media strategy, and analytics.
  • Training and development opportunities to grow your skills and experience.
  • A supportive team environment and the chance to work on impactful events at the European and global levels.
